Reservation Policy

Deposits: A deposit is required to hold your RV site: $40 for stays up to one week, $120 for two weeks or more, and $125 for monthly stays. For reservations of three months or longer, the deposit is equal to the monthly rate.

Long-Term Stay Billing: All long-term stays (1 month or longer) align with the calendar month. If you arrive mid-month, you’ll enjoy our All-Inclusive Weekly/Daily rates (which include electricity and utilities at no extra cost!) through the end of the month. On the 1st of the following month, your stay will transition to our discounted Monthly Base Rate plus metered electric.

Cancellations & Refunds: At Sans End RV Park, we understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our guests as best we can. To receive a full deposit refund, please provide notice at least 7 days in advance for daily or weekly stays, or 30 days in advance for monthly reservations. Cancellations made after these windows will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Early Departure Policy: In the event of an early departure, all original booking fees and utility charges remain due at the current rates. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

Self-Contained RVs: We require all RVs to be self-contained (power, water, and a functional toilet). This policy is in place to ensure guests are self-sustained in the event that park utilities are under repair.

Additional Rate Information

  • We accept cash or check (USA checks only). No refunds.
  • Now accepting Visa, Master Card and Discover. Card payments incur a 3% transaction fee.
  • All visitors must register in the office prior to visiting any residents in the park to receive a parking pass.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Tent camping is not allowed.

Extra Charges

  • Rates are based on double occupancy (2 people per site). Any additional guests are $5 per person, per night.
  • We have storage sites – Contact the office for availability and rates
