Check out time is 12:00 Noon, Arizona time.

Speed limit in the park is 5 MPH.

NO Smoking/Vaping within 25 feet of buildings. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

NO Refunds will be issued.

NO wood fires. Propane fire rings only.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This includes pets. Be respectful of your neighbors.

RV/vehicle must be operational/no flat tires.

Violence of any kind will not be tolerated.

Excessive drinking of alcoholic beverages in public area will NOT be tolerated.

The park is not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or loss of valuables of any kind.

No major repairs or maintenance of vehicle/RV permitted on site.

RV must be self-contained (water, sewer, electric capable). Must have backflow preventers. Surge protectors highly recommended.

Do not allow waste water to run onto the ground.

Site space is intended for 1-2 people only, plus one vehicle. RV/Camping & Accessories must fit in
assigned site.

Use of any site not rented by you is prohibited. Not even for temporary use.

All outdoor items/patio furniture must be kept tidy and to a minimum. Indoor furniture such as sofas, recliners, appliances etc. are not allowed outside.

Additional Overnight Guests – a fee of $5 per night per person will be charged.

No parking and/or using empty sites or spaces for storage or parking.

Do not drive over grass or through empty spaces, sewer and water lines will be damaged.

Dumpsters are for household trash ONLY. Breakdown all boxes/cardboard. Items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, etc. NOT allowed in dumpsters.

Tree Trimming/cutting will be done by PARK STAFF ONLY. Check with office if needed.

Renting & Subletting of RV or Site within the Park is prohibited.

Pets Policy – (applies to all types of pets)

Only 2 dogs are allowed per site.

Must be kept on leash (not longer than 6 feet) when outside the RV or Apartment.

Pets not allowed in or around the buildings, pool area with the exception of the office.

Dog/Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of immediately in a dumpster or trash receptacle.

Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times. The park will not be responsible for any injuries to any pet or resident.

Pets are not to disturb guests or residents by means of barking, growling or biting.

Pets must not be left unattended outside.

Aggressive dogs are required to wear muzzles.

Failure to follow the Pet Policy/Rules & Regulations of the park both written and posted will result in guest(s) being asked to leave the park with no refund extended. For a more detailed copy of Rules & Regulations, please select download.

Senior Park

Sans End is primarily a 45+ park. On occasion, guests younger than 45+ years of age (no children) may be allowed to stay in the park, upon manager approval.

Laundry rooms

Open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Rolled quarters are available for purchase in the office during business hours. DO NOT overload washers/dryers as they will not work properly. Large items must be taken off-site to launder. Please help us keep our restrooms and laundry areas neat and clean. Report any issues immediately.

Showers

Are coin-operated using quarters. Open 24 hours every day.

Pool

Open 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily. No glass allowed in pool area. NO Smoking/Vaping. NO pets are allowed in the pool area. No Lifeguard is on duty, use the pool and hot tub at your own risk.

Private Well/Septic System

Please follow guidelines to prevent back-ups. Be conscientious of your water usage.

Mail Service

Boxes and receipt of packages are provided as a courtesy to our guests and may be picked up during office hours only. If these hours do not work with your schedule, please consider obtaining a PO Box with the US Post Office.
